- Thurs, Dec 5, 12:45 – 1:45 pm | Luncheon - If you pre-registered, a wristband will print out along with your name badge at check-in. Please be sure to wear it when entering the ballroom. Take a seat at a place setting with a teal blue napkin!
- Thurs, Dec 5, 2:00 – 5:00 pm | Tradeshow Time! Preview the 170 exhibitors (including 48 new ones)! New this year - Holly Jolly Java station - make your way to the the back left corner of the hall for a complimentary cup of pick-me-up cheer!
- Thurs, Dec 5, 5:15 – 7:30 pm | After Party* at Cafeteria 15L (walking distance) - Unwind from the day with a delicious drink, yummy bites, and the option to partake in an array of activities or just chill.

Calling all First-Timers/Solo Attendees
Do you want to meet and mingle with others in the same boat? (p.s. on average 30% of attendees are new each year).
- Meet & Greet at Breakfast - Grab your breakfast and head over to room A3 (2nd level), we'll also be giving you some tips and tricks for maximizing your time and productivity while at Seasonal Spectacular.
- Luncheon - Look for reserved tables just for our newbies at the front of the room, denoted with a blue balloon at the table!
Where is the registration area?
West Lobby of the Convention Center (entrance off K and 13th street). You can print your badge at one of the self-check-in kiosks, be sure to attach it to a teal lanyard. A swag bag with an onsite program will also be provided.
What should I wear?
Business casual, festive holiday attire, or a mix is recommended! No suites or ties expected. Most importantly wear comfy shoes!! Coat racks will be available on both levels of the Convention Center.
Where do I park?
Metered street parking and several parking garages and lots are available nearby.
Stay Hydrated and Stay Green
Please bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the event, there will be plenty of refill stations.
Should I bring RFP’s with me?
Absolutely! Seasonal Spectacular is all about business – and festive fun! Some exhibitors are offering special incentives or prizes to those who bring them an RFP.
Plan to participate in the Check-In Challenge
Complete this game during the tradeshow and be entered to win an OGIO pulley cooler with $150 Total Wine gift card. Full details will be in your onsite program.
What types of prizes will be offered this year?
There are over 75 prizes available this year courtesy of our generous exhibitors – including five Grand Prizes – trips to Cabo, Los Angeles, Monterey, and San Francisco/Napa Valley. All attendees are entered into the drawings and eligible to win. Prizes are listed in the program, must be present to win and provide a valid ID to pick-up at center stage.
Can I volunteer to help at Seasonal Spectacular?
Yes! Volunteering at Seasonal Spectacular is a terrific way to network! Click here to sign up for volunteer opportunities. There are still a handful of spots available on Weds and Thurs.

Give Back while at Seasonal Spectacular
We will be collecting non-perishable food items to support local River City Food Bank (RCFB). Please drop off your donations on Weds, Dec 4 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, collection bins will be on the 2nd floor of the convention center near Ballroom A. Please help us reach our goal to collect over 300 items! Learn more about RCFB and view their wish lists of items.
