Bill has deep expertise in marketing and member attraction strategy having provided marketing solutions to Associations at Multiview and leading marketing, communications strategies in various other positions. Bill is based out of Virginia and a longstanding member of ASAE, he is excited to have the opportunity to interact with CALSAE members to exchange ideas.

While working for SAP, a multi-billion dollar software company, nearly 20 years ago, Dave Will was advised to "walk faster and smile less, because perception is reality". Dave took this feedback to heart and started a business based on the antithesis of this advice. 14 years later, Dave successfully sold Peach New Media, an LMS for associations, which is now part of Community Brands. Since then, Dave and former Peach, Cameron Aubuchon, built a Feedback Automation Platform called PropFuel and they're here again to help associations improve member engagement and build a stronger relationships through conversation marketing. Dave has been working with associations in technology and member engagement for 15+ years.
Erin Perry, MSLDT, Deputy Director of Member Learning, California Primary Care Association
Erin began her career at CPCA in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant and has advanced over the years to lead the organization’s comprehensive training program, which includes an array of diverse in-person and webinar learning sessions to support community health center staff and leadership. She was promoted to her current position in 2019. Erin’s experience includes meeting planning, graphic design, training and evaluation development, budgeting and you have heard her voice if you are subscribed to CPCA’s podcast, “Community HealthCast”. Erin previously was the Project Director for CPCA’s PCA Cooperative Agreement. In this role she led and oversaw development and sustainability of education and training programs, including monitoring work plans, timelines and contracts, and ensured that services developed and provided were informed by data. Erin earned her Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology from the University of San Diego and her undergraduate degree from the University of La Verne. In her free time, you can find Erin enjoying all things Disney or Lego-related with her husband and two amazing children.

With more than a decade of experience in associations, Jenna Goins currently serves as the Director of Membership and Marketing at the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS). At NACUFS, she leads two teams to drive growth in both brand recognition and membership engagement. Prior to her time at NACUFS, Jenna worked in membership at the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). She is passionate about integrating exciting new technologies into the member experience. Jenna earned the CAE credential in 2018, and holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management and an MBA, along with her undergraduate education which she completed at Michigan State University.
