I am on a mission to co-create passion, opportunity, and inclusive leadership with association leaders, and their workplaces. With over 2500 hours of coaching experience and 25+ years of engaging meeting facilitation, I support leaders in building their mental fitness and confidence to inspire high performance, meaningful results, and more joy at work. As President of Managance Coaching (www.managance.com) since 2000, I inspire organization performance with coaching leaders and teams to next level success and designing and facilitating organizational culture change. The Managance Leveling Up Leadership System offers leaders the opportunity to connect with their guiding values and beliefs, energizing and motivating tools for engaging productive conversations, and exemplary leadership practices that support extraordinary results. I support leaders in sharpening and practicing leadership shifts at work and home every day. My books include Taking Leadership to the Next Level (Amazon e-Book, 2018) and The Nonprofit Organizational Culture Guide (Jossey-Bass 2011). Before consulting and coaching I had a successful career in nonprofit and public management in positions ranging from program associate to executive director. I earned an M.S. in Human Services from Nova Southeastern University and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Florida International University. I am a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, certified in Conversational Intelligence® and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner™. I am conversational in Spanish. I love making bead embroidery jewelry.  Along with my husband, Larry, I love Marvel comics and movies.  We have two lovely daughters and three dogs.  We live happily live in Mission Viejo, California, and I coach and consult nationally.
