Raven Tahara offers strategic planning for board retreats and ongoing support for implementing those plans. She is a Sacramento-based IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator and Qualified ToP® Trainer with over 8 years of experience designing, facilitating, and training for organizations. Her clients include associations, higher education, government agencies, nonprofits, and major corporations. With a Master's in Leadership, Organizational Innovation, and Change, she holds certificates in Leading and Facilitating Innovation and Strategic Consulting from the University of the Pacific. Recently honored with the Organizational Innovator Award from UOP, she has been acknowledged as a leader who "unleashes human and organizational potential, linking strategy and innovation."
