Education - LevelUP Your Leadership
The Grounded Leader: Reconnecting to Your People and Purpose
Leaders have spent the last few years bouncing from one external disruptor to the next, while simultaneously carrying the emotional weight for their teams, organizations and members. With fewer staff to execute strategy, more leaders have taken their focus off of their strategic role and into that of their team. This “heads down” approach has put leaders back into task minutia and firefighting, at the unintentional expense of strategy, vision, culture, connection, team performance, and increased executive burnout. Learn how to move out of the minutia and chaos to reconnect to your needed leadership role with a three-step process to rediscover your purpose, reframe challenges, and re-engage with your people. Leave equipped with the tools needed to authentically re-connect with your teams to improve organizational culture performance and profit – while feeling more fulfilled.
Content Leader
Stacey Kauffman, Regional Vice President, Audacy
Stacey's success in business has been built on her strategic super-strength, which enables her to connect the dots for others, whether between vision and execution, problem to solution, or people and profit. Her diverse and unique perspective comes from the hundreds of businesses Stacey has worked directly with over the last twenty years, ranging from small businesses such as a local HVAC company or medSpa, to emerging brands jumping into e-commerce, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. Stacey has been a recipient of Sacramento Magazine’s “100 Notable Business Leaders and The Sacramento Business Journal's “40 Under 40." Stacey also has a deep commitment and passion for social impact and service. Her current board service includes Multiplying Good's Bay Area Chapter, Visit Sacramento and (founding board member of) She is The Music's SF Chapter.
