CalSAE Meeting Planner Luncheons are a place for you to:
- Connect with your meeting planners peers
- Share tips and new event ideas
- Get input on your most challenging problems
- Find out about the latest in the association industry
Registration is complimentary and lunch will be provided.
Space is limited to 22 attendees, early registration is recommended.

- Parking - Valet parking at the venue will be covered by the event sponsor. Please present your valet slip to your server for validation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received within 3 business days of the event or you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged $50.
