Event Details

Meeting Planner Luncheons are a place for you to:
  • Connect with your meeting planners peers
  • Share tips and new event ideas
  • Get input on your most challenging problems
  • Find out about the latest in the association industry

Members only - open to Association Professionals and 3rd Party Meeting Planners 

Early registration is recommended. Registration is complimentary and lunch will be provided.  

Cancellations must be received by Jan 21 at 11:00 am, if not you will be subject to a $24 cancellation fee.

Parking

Valet parking - $10 for the first 2 hours and $5 thereafter, $40 max.
Note there are vehicle height limitations for valet - no full size trucks or SUVs such as F-150s, Tahoes, etc or vehicles with bike racks or roof racks. They can direct you to other alternative garages.

Metered street parking is also available
