Recruiting Talent in a Tough Market
The rules have changed when it comes to recruiting. All hands on deck are needed. Is your marketing team helping you to recruit top talent? Are your employees serving as ambassadors for the company? Is your recruiting team sharpening its skills in order to get the best talent for you? The three terms we consistently hear today are the Reshuffle, Great Resignation, and the Great Prioritization. Whatever we call it, we want to be prepared and proactive as employers.
This training will provide current strategies and trends to optimize your success in your recruitment efforts, help your leaders and teams cut through the barriers that can get in the way of delivering on acquiring top talent, and create a more fulfilling recruiting experience.
