Shaping Tomorrow: Intentional Leadership for 2030 Success

As we hit the mid-way mark of the 2020s, a reflection on our first five years has shown this ebb and flow for our associations of times of great challenge as well as technology advances and opportunities for innovation. Navigating those waves, our time together early in 2025 will be spent setting intention and direction for the next five years – where do we want our associations to be in 2030?

The summit has been designed to tee up key conversations and approaches that will better prepare us as a community of executives for the coming years providing both practical techniques and topics to take back to your board and staff. Most importantly, there will be ample time to learn from and with a community of your executive peers.

. While attendees will have input into the final topics and each content area will have design elements leading to individual organization application, some of the subject areas we expect to cover include:

  • The Three Tiers of Culture – a structure of intention that is critical for leadership and Boards

  • Learning & Leading Through Inquiry – shifting how our organization asks questions and realizing more powerful insights and solutions

  • A Practice of Foresight – Exploring tools and approaches to incorporate future-focused practices into regular leadership function

  • Critical Audience Conversations – Audiences that will guide the strength of our associations over the coming five years will be asked insight questions that you provide, after which a collaborative dialogue will personalize discovered insights into organizational direction
