Insights 2024 promises to be a vibrant community of learning and action, providing invaluable support to leaders navigating the uncertainties of our times. You'll be guided on a collaborative and interactive journey where you can openly share your experiences and concerns in a trusted space.

• How to improve communication skills and leadership presence by identifying your personal values and creating a Leadership Credo™
• Gaining on-going support and coaching for improvement in a safe environment.
• Leveraging the collective knowledge in the room through a World Café approach to gain powerful and actionable insights to improve your teams, organizations, and boards

Dr. Janice Doucet Thompson, Executive Leadership Coach Author, Business Consultant Adjunct Faculty

Dr. Janice Thompson is an executive leadership coach with 30 years of helping emerging and established executives step into top-level leadership roles with all in confidence. Janice is the Founder and Managing Principal of JD Thompson Associates, an organizational development consultancy she launched in 2009. Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, leadership development, change management, succession planning and talent management, and strategic visioning and retreat facilitation.

Janice is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach (MGSSC), a Fellow at Institute of Coaching Harvard-McLean Hospital, and a Blanchard Channel Partner. She has been an instructor at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, and served as adjunct faculty at the University of San Diego where she taught Culture at Work, Putting Principles into Practice in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program.

She holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Transformational Change from UMass Global, a masters degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from USF and a bachelors degree in Public Relations & Speech Communications from SJSU.
