Capital Region Paddleboarding Adventure

Join us for a late afternoon stand-up paddle adventure on Lake Natoma. Bring a smile and sense of adventure! Whether you have experience or not, stand up paddling (SUP) is a very relaxing time on the water. If you’ve never paddled before, your registration will include rental gear and a lesson from our instructor Julie Moore from SUP YOGA Adventures. Sit, kneel, or stand – do what’s comfortable for you. For those with experience and your own gear, bring it to the event and be ready to go at our start time. Each participant will need to sign a waiver in order to participate in the event

What to Wear
No cotton! Shorts and tops that dry quickly, bathing suit/board shorts, flip flops.  Also don't forget a towel, suncreen, and sunglasses/hat.  Bring a change of clothes for the post event gathering if desired.

Post-Event Biergarten Social (Optional)
We will convene at Out of Bounds in Folsom afterward as part of a Capital Region Biergarten Social. Appetizers and first round of drinks will be provided for those who are paddleboarding (note your RSVP on your paddleboarding registration - no need to register on the social-only page).

Pricing

With Gear Rental: $60 (20 spots) - includes board, paddle, life vest, and ankle leash  
Bring Your Own Gear: $30 (10 spots) - you will need to bring your own life vest.
