Becky Lunders, Founder, Consultant and Trainer, teamWorks

Becky Lunders brings experience in the corporate, nonprofit and media sectors. She honed her leadership development skills while at the American Cancer Society. She oversaw the Relay For Life program in California which grew from 24 events raising $4.1 million to more than 300 events raising $31 million under her watch. Becky knows how to train, motivate and inspire volunteers and staff to reach strategic goals while fulfilling the organizational mission.

Becky is a consultant, cheerleader and coach all wrapped up in one. She is a dynamic facilitator, a poised presenter and a skilled coach. She has a unique ability to connect with her audience and motivate people. Becky graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. She has immersed herself in leadership development most of her life. Becky is based in the Northern California town of Loomis. She enjoys working out, spending time with her husband, and cheering on her amazing kids in sports.
