Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted to the CalSAE office via email to Jessica@calsae.org by March 10, 2025, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued if request is received after March 10, 2025. No refunds will be issued to those who register for the conference but do not attend. However, you may substitute another attendee in your place if you are unable to participate.
