Arrive early and enjoy some social time with your peers, a great way to meet others if this is your first time or you're attending solo. Note, activities end in time for you to still partake in the afternoon Welcome Happy Hour. Sign-up for a Preconference Activity while registering for ELEVATE. Already registered? You can sitll add on an activity as an a-la-carte option.
Hit the Court - Pickleball
Join us for an exciting day of learning the fastest-growing sport at Monterey Bay Racquet Club! No experience? No problem! Start out with a 1 hour pro lesson, then jump into a fun, casual tournament. Bring your energy, and let’s hit the court! Thank you to Dilly Life for providing hats to all players! Includes paddles, balls, and
transportation from/to the hotel.

Meritage Mission Impossible
Experience wine blending infused with fun and friendly competition. Work in small teams to produce a Bordeaux blend, design a label, and conjure up a promotion campaign for your wine. Prizes will be awarded, and the winning team members will receive a bottle of Meritage. Includes artisan cheese and charcuterie snack and transportation from/to the hotel.

Whale of a Time
Monterey Bay is a year-round, world-famous whale watching destination! Sail out with us to enjoy 360-degree views of the ocean and marine life from the upper deck as well as access to the indoor heated cabin. Snacks, beer, and wine available for purchase. For safety reasons, they kindly ask that pregnant attendees not attend. Dock is walking distance from hotel.
