Organization Overview
Established in 1971, California Advocates, Inc. is California’s oldest contract advocacy firm, currently serving nearly 70 clients. Over the years, we have provided professional advocacy services for a broad range of corporations, associations, local governments, and special districts on a myriad of public policy issues before the legislature and regulatory agencies.
In 1991, we established California Advocates Management Services (CAMS) at the encouragement of our clients who sought our expertise in the management of their internal matters. With the formation of CAMS, California Advocates uniquely combines a solution based legislative and regulatory advocacy firm with a full-service association management firm capable of providing an array of services from complete management services, meeting planning, and major trade shows.
