CalSAE offers a variety of professional development programs both at the regional and statewide level.  From time-to-time, CalSAE collaborates with other organizations as well.  All programs strive to enhance the experience of CalSAE members and provide the tools they need to succeed. 

CalSAE's professional development programs are designed to focus on the needs of the executive director but have an awareness that the staff member of today is the executive of tomorrow.  Executives must have well-trained, sophisticated staff members in order to operate at the highest level.   CalSAE can help by providing staff members with a clear career path to the executive level.    We actively assist those individuals who want to make a long term commitment to the association world which can be personally, professionally and financially rewarding.

CalSAE programming addresses the entire life-cycle of learning and is meant to deliver high-quality content with an eye to satisfying other needs such as socialization.  We utilize different adult learning strategies in order to deliver content in the most effective way for people at any learning stage.  Content delivery methods are continually being evaluated in order to fine-tune the educational experience and deliver on a consistent promise of excellence.
